You usually receive an email telling you that you have won and unless there are other instructions in the email about confirming the address etc you just have to wait for it to turn up
If it hasnt come after 28 working days then reply to the email and let them know it hasnt arrived- there is usually a contact email in the winning email details.
Some prizes are taking quite a long time to arrive at the moment - probably because not everyone is back at work or in the office. Give it another week and get in touch with them.0
