You need to speak to your dentist. There are many pluses and minuses to flexible dentures, many different types of designs and not everybody will benefit from them.

They are not available on the nhs, they are much more expensive than conventional dentures and they have a shorter lifespan and cannot have teeth added to them. They also stain easier and need special cleaners.

However a dentist needs to see you to assess what sort of flexible denture design might suit and quote for it.

They look like my denture, only mine isn't flexible   I don't have any clips or metal holding mine in, just the high flange. I can eat what I want, no need for denturegrip or the such.

So whats so special about flexible ?
