I purchased £12000 worth of replacement double glazing in 2012 with Everest Ltd through 10 year Finance and have now got a large split in one door. Contacted Everest who advised they had gone into Administration due to the Coronavirus and therefore could not honour 10 year guarantee. They advised they had started a new company Everest 2020 and I wondered if anyone else had had any problems and where to go to make a claim?

If the finance was arranged via Everest, you could make a s75 claim.0
