Best Pharmacy chain in the North West for home delivery?

Just wanted to check, which is the best pharmacy chain in the north west to get repeated prescription delivered at home?
Asking because my sister is using a local pharmacy but delivery service is horrible (delivery man is quite rude and gets her home really late...after 10 or 11 pm sometimes, when they are in bed already!) and they take an exaggerated amount of days to ask the GP for the prescriptions.
It's a really small pharmacy so we can understand they can get stuck sometimes, but this is quite dangerous as my sister has got my mum living with her but mum is a Diabetic/Hypertensive/Renal person that needs to take pills and injections on a constant basis/with no interruptions to stay alive.
Any suggestions please?

At my doctors, also Greater Manchester , I nominate a chemist where  the script is sent from my doctors. I choose to collect the medication, however, it can be delivered.  Can your sister change the chemist it’s sent electronically to, one that provides a better service.  Why does it have to be a chain?
