I have a year contract with an independent gym which still has a few months to go.
I wrote to the gym admin to cancel my contract as I feel they are no longer providing the service I signed up for (due to closure etc) and there has been no reduction in fees.
Their argument is as they are posting daily workouts and the instructor is available for coaching calls the contract is being fulfilled.
Do I have a valid argument for cancellation or at least a back dated reduction which could go to getting me out of the contract?
