Can anyone share their experiences of how long from 'passing for mortgage valuation' until this is done and offered?

Hey! I had my valuation last Friday with Halifax and received the offer that evening through my broker.1

Hey, we made our official application with Halifax on the 17th June, mortgage valuation carried out yesterday, report received today (valuation matches the agreed price) so we're just waiting on the actual offer now... Not sure if it'll be as quick as @lunaloo122, but I am hopeful!

Ok so might not be so bad then. Our application was 26/6 then told passed for valuation yesterday so whoo hoo hopefully soon then

Mine was 6 days from application to offer so they seem to be working quickly at the moment.1
