Can I order by ending date?

I am retuning to this site after a while and I have searched for how to order the competitions into end date order. Is that something that is being worked on or am I missing the information?

You can't, I'm afraid.
Just search using this link https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/search?adv=1&title=%2203%2F03%22&cat=72&discussion_d=1 and change the date.
However, your entered / skipped buttons won't show in search lists, so not worth getting ahead as you still have to open each thread.

Thank you, thats what I had assumed after trying different ways.  Hopefully they might be able to bring that functionality back at some point like the red and green boxes

A sort function is being worked on and seems to be close to being ready. It did appear very briefly but seemingly wasn't quite working correctly. It is probably going to be linked to a new mandatory Closing Date field that has been added as from 1st July. This field must be entered in all new comps being posted but can only be effective for sorting purposes when it has been set on all current comps so it may take a month or two.
Posters could help by editing their previous posts and adding this field but it could be a long job for people with lots of posts.

Once up and working, this looks like it will be a lot better than the sort function on the old forum. As the new date field is compulsory and can only be completed in the exact format it will be ideal for sorting in full chronological end date order and not just grouping all 01's then all 02's etc
