We wanted the 

SHARK DuoClean Powered Lift-Away True Pet Anti Hair Wrap AZ950UKT Upright Bagless Vacuum Cleaner

which is £400 at Currys. By buying the AZ950UK model direct from Shark on offer at £250 and buying the pet tool seperately for £20, it was 'only'£270, but we both work for the NHS  and a blue light card discount brought it down to £220. Still a lot of money for a hoover but with 2 dogs who appear to convert all thir food into hair to moult hopefully worth it

How have you found its performance? Does it live up to expectations?

Only used it a couple of times but so far it seems excellent. Carpets much cleaner than with the old cleaner ( a vax that packed up about 3 months after the 2 year warranty) and the pet tool is good though does not get rid of 100% of hair though suspect that would need a tornado!
Only criticism is it is quite weighty in comparison, fine for most but I think if you were elderly it would be an issue

I have recently purchased this cleaner it really Is the best and I have upgraded from the previous Shark model. I have two larger than life dogs, so much fur so I need to know my house is clean and this runs rings on the other brands on the market,  Love my Shark
