Collecting money

Hi, I am wanting to set up an online collection for someone who is retiring in a few weeks. I want something secure that colleagues can access easily and not have to sign up for and where we can spend the money anywhere and withdraw to give her anything remaining. I have no idea where to start. Thanks in advance 😊

How about PayPal?  No cost if it's done on a 'friends and family' basis.

• Log into your account at PayPal.com, select “Pay or send money” and choose whether you’re paying for goods or services or sending money to friends and family
• Enter the recipient’s email address, mobile number or name and click “Next”
• Enter the amount and click “Continue”
• Click “Change Payment Method” to select PayPal Credit if it’s not already set, confirm your payment details and click “Send Money Now”
• We’ll keep your financial information secure and private, and your transaction will appear on your monthly PayPal Credit statement. The recipient can access the money once you complete the payment.

The trouble is you have to sign up to pay pal to be able to pay in and I'm not sure all of my colleagues will hAve an account of want to sign up.
