Asus ROG STRIX Z390-F GAMING LGA 1151 DDR4 ATX Motherboard - only £146 on E-buyer

I had been googling prices for this over-clockable motherboard for the last several days (it's averaging between £190 to £200 when cheapest) - when I got a Google alert on my mobile that it's only £146 on "E-buyer"
- possibly making this pricier ASUS ROG Strix version of the Z390 cheaper than the (usually cheaper) "Gigabyte" and "EVGA" and "MSI" and "Auros" equivalents.
There's 140 currently in stock on E-buyer - so I highly doubt this is a one off customer return (etc).
E-buyer are also offering interest-free "pay in 3 equal amounts".
The cheapest postage I got was "standard" at £3.49.
Please note I am not affiliated to E-buyer - just sharing a great deal.
