CCJ being appealed AGAIN, what can be done?

Someone I know obtained a CCJ against a builder. The CCJ was granted as the builder did not respond. He later appealed the CCJ saying he knew nothing about the court action (not true but that's besides the point). A new court date was set and this time the builder did not enter a defence so the judgement was once again…

Thank you once again, fantastic help which I am passing on. At the moment they have not been told that the hearing will not take place in person but on the court website it does say not to turn up unless you have been contacted by the court to say you must do so so perhaps she may yet hear from them and as you say it may be done by phone.
