TM Lewin Pension

Just discovered TM Lewin have been taking money from salaries but not putting it into employees pension funds. This pre dates lockdown and administration.
Any advice how to seek legal action would be appreciated.

Normally seeing a lawyer is the best way to seek legal action - but why on earth would you go OTT?
