The trainline refunds fiasco

I am interested to hear about problems others are having with the trainline refunds. Despite having a trainline account and purchasing tickets online they are delaying paying refund.

You won't be alone. Its why the best advice is not to use them. Convenient for buying, too many issues when things go wrong.0

They also charge a booking fee which is why I never use them.
Loads of train companies around that dont.Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)0 -
Do not know why any one uses trainline? Booking fees, problems with refunds, etc. Just cut the middle man out and book direct.The world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but by the weakness of the good. Napoleon1
