Hello all does anyone know if there is anything in place to claim for a mis sold contract?

    Something in place? Yea, you write down your allegations and send them to the mobile provider or the firm who sold you your contract and wait for their response. If you don’t agree with it, you then escalate it to the ombudsman.

    if you don’t mind my asking, why do you feel you were missold?

    there - 'in or at that place'
    their - 'owned by them'
    they're - 'they are'
    it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)
