Hi All,
We have just had an update from our Broker, that Barclays are doing a few final checks before they issue our offer. Which is good news, but I cannot help but get anxious as this process has already been anxious enough and I wonder what other final checks they may need to make before an offer?
We have already had a valuation, gone though underwriting and a credit checks as far as I am aware. So what final checks could these be?
