30 hours free childcare with childcare vouchers 30 June at 10:30AM in Child Support

Im applying for the little ones 30 hours and i'm trying to get my head around the application process. It's stating you cant use the childcare vouchers (we currently use) with this scheme. But i've heard you can and in lots of places it states about theirs an issue with the website, you have to call etc etc. Some of these are a year, two years ago which is strange as you would have thought it would be sorted now... anyone applied recently in a similar circumstance and can give me some advice please?
