Shall I Sue Them?

Hey guys,

Just found out a London based company is using my website's name in it's client list, where I don't have anything to do with them. Can I sue them? Should I sue them? Any hints?

Forgot to mention its Netalia.com. Seems like an ISP in London. Never heard of them but.

first of all , could you not just email or phone them and ask them to remove your
company name from their site ? rather than suing them ...............

incidentally , is there no benefit to your company by having them advertising your company (free advertising) - ask to have a direct link to your site

If all else fails ..........then sue the b*****s

Thanks albalad. I thought about that just after I posted this. Silly me, my site is not yet crawled by google and I'm hitting myself in my own face?? lolz. Guess let the link be there until google crawls me. Wait a few months and then email them asking to get my link off their website. Thankfully, MSN have crawled me, but that's about it. Waiting for dmoz & google.
