Help to buy delays

Hi,
I submitted my Help to Buy equity loan application on 18th June and are still yet to receive any response yet. Waiting for the ATP is really holding up our progress. When I ring them they seem unable to give me a timescale as it's now well over the 4 working days. I understand they may be very busy at the moment with the housing market just re-opening but has anyone applied recently to give any idea of timescale? It's Help to Buy North.
Thanks!

Timescales did slow down over the lock in period but the H2B Teams have been quite good updating current time scales.
Is your Mortgage Broker not handling this for you?I am a Mortgage Broker

We've been trying to redeem our loan for 9 months. Worst company I have ever dealt with wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.0

We used HtB North and applied on 22/6 and ATP was issued on 26/6 (they forgot to send me it though until I chased them up the week after).

You don't have a choice. The HTB Agents work by area or in Target's case on post-sales only.
It's worth making sure they actually received your PIF & Reservation. BPHA have failed to receive about four of ours despite us getting the acknowledgment emails as we submitted them.I am a mortgage broker.
