Hi guys, is Halifax the only provider that takes CIS on gross pay? Struggling to find another?
Thank you x

Why have you started another thread when you already have a few about this?
Have you spoken with a broker as you cannot try and source a mortgage on your own, due to your circumstances. A broker could resolve all your queries and potentially have a DIP within a few hours.
Save all the stress you are putting yourself through and speak with a good whole of market mortgage broker!Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
Why does it bother you or impact on you in any way that I have started another thread? Just skip past??MovingForwards said:Why have you started another thread when you already have a few about this?

No, Halifax are not the only lender taking CIS as gross pay. There are a few that state they will and a few are open to discussion depending on the overall case.
Whether they are taking CIS as gross pay in this climate is something that would require research depending on the overall case. Also how far off your self employed declared earning are in comparison to what you are trying to prove as gross pay is another thing looked at by some lenders2 -

Because you don't give full information, so anything said may not be fully suitable for your circumstances.
You are the one getting even more stressed and panicking with each post. Hence why I've said to speak with a broker, you can also speak with the brokers on MSE by dropping them a message. Buying a home is stressful enough, without having an adverse background and CIS income.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
I have a broker thanks who has been really helpful but I enjoy chatting to people on these boards and getting other people’s thoughts/input? I don’t see why this should bother you. I’ve given all info but didn’t want to put my life story in one post, the more people have replied it’s raised further questions and I’ve posted more to get more info. Is it really necessary to be negative? My posting is not harming you in the slightest xMovingForwards said:Mrh1019 said:
