My partner works for a football company in schools he spends a fortune driving around to different schools and works from half 7 until half 4 a day and earns 1100. Hes never been given a contract or pay slips. Today he has asked about this and his wage. His boss has said he cant pay him any more due to the company even though hes claimed furlough and kept them working. He goes from school to school and said to him he doesnt class him driving from one school to the other as hours worked. He said his miles are paid in his montly pay even though he doesnt ask for time sheets. I feel like he is being exploited by his boss. What should I do ?
