Received this, can they do that?
Thank you for your email, apologies for the delay in response. Upon looking at your account I can see that your initial 12 month term was due to finish on 1st September 2020. Due to our recent club closure, the end date of this will now be extended to cover the period we have been closed for. Please get back in touch with us upon full club reopening in order for us to confirm your new end of term, so we can proceed with your request. However, should the pandemic have caused a change in your personal circumstances and you are willing and able to provide supporting documentation, we could look to bring your cancellation date forward

I’ve had the same and I gave notice in April. They aren’t very understanding. I have only a casual job which stopped in March. I pay gym fees out of this as I’m a pensioner! Apart from the fact that I really am nervous about going anywhere never mind a gym and probably will be for the foreseeable future. I’m still Waiting for their reply.0
