Nothing wrong with being conesrvative. That’s when it would get tight, though we could do it, but not sure if we want to risk it in today’s world. Seeing the amount of people with larger mortgages on H2B makes us think we are being quite conservative...!!3 -
My mortgage is £331,000. The payments are £1600 a month but I pay £3000 a month - a third of our net monthly income but Im 54 so paying it off as fast as possible.1
