Please sign! For lots of us with health conditions swimming is the perfect form of exercise, as well as greatly beneficial to mental health. Its also much safer than going out getting drunk!

You can also write to your MP, I have although not sure it makes any difference.

Its right there on the Swim England site, they have been planning all through lockdown and have created clear guidance for pools and swimmers on how to go back safely.

Are the risks greater in a swimming pool, if so why?0 -

Lol, don't you just love forums! So many people spoiling for a fight over anything or everything!
This is the sports and fitness board, I presume there are people on here who swim, and for whom swimming is an important part of their physical and emotional wellbeing. I have linked to the petition and the Swim England info so that if they weren't aware of it they can be now.
That is all. If you don't want to sign it its no skin off my nose, but I suggest you get a better hobby than lurking on the internet looking for arguments. Try swimming, its very relaxing!0 -
Thanks for sharing. I have added my signature. I really miss swimming and I'm happy with the safety measures my local pool have said they are putting in place.
