Unpaid maintenance

My granddaughters daddy has had her for the week and says he dosnt have to pay maintenance for that week. Is he right or wrong please

On what basis does he pay? If it is via CMS or Court Order then he is wrong. If it is a private agreement between them then it's up to him.0

Having said that the CMS are on reduced staff and are not following up on non-payment issues at present. But if he usually pays he would be deemed compliant anyway.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
