Sick pay in relation to mortgage application

I have recently been off sick due to a COVID-19 infection, and following a period back at work I have been suffering with the post viral illness which is affecting a significant minority of covid patients, and am now off sick again. I'm almost certainly going to breach the level of weeks off where I will begin to receive reduced pay. The net effect will likely be a week or two of my sick pay being half pay.
If I'm applying for a mortgage in say, September or October and have a week or two of 50% pay, am I likely to be rejected out of hand?

At the time of applying, if you are back working fully and on full pay, it is unlikely to be an issue, especially if you have been back for a few months and have full payslips to back it up.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
