I have stacks and I do mean stacks of these when we had a wine deal on in the shop I used to manage a couple of years ago. We didnt put up the promo posters for them and just gave them out to local regular customers and then ended up with loads left as no one wanted them.
Didnt think of ebaying them but then I dont think I want the hassle
They are very cute little glasses.

I've done the same thing. sent my cheque off for a pair of these glasses, and it has been cashed, but after 28 working days, no glasses have turned up...

Tried searching the internet for ages for an address, as I stupidly didn't write it down before sending it off.

Luckily I asked a colleague at work, who found a collar label off of one of these promotional bottles for me. The address on the label is:

J.P.Chenet Wine Glass Offer, Prism Print and Promotions Ltd., Langley Road Business Park, Chedgave, Norfolk, NR14 6BN.

I writing my letter of complaint to this address , if we all do the same maybe we'll get somewhere.

I did the same as you spent ages looking for a contact address as I was such a twit and didn't write it down b4 I sent off for them!

I know its only £3.95, but thats not the point is it. Its been really getting on my nerves that I couldn't find any contact details - I will be writing my letter of complaint too.

I picked up some of the wine with a collar from Tesco last week, specifically so I could get the glasses. Got home, only to find it's expired. Still, I sent off a cheque anyway, in the hope that I might get some.

I managed to find a phone number for Prism Print and promotions Ltd - 01508 528695 which I rang earlier today.

They said the promotion for these glasses was more popular than expected and they had run out of stock. However, they have ordered some more from France and these are expected in later this week. They will then start clearing the backlog of orders and we should receive them early next week.

Lets wait and see!!!
