I BROUGHT A NEW CAR FROM A KIA DEALER ON TUESDAY THE 23RD JUNE 20 THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GIVE ME CASH BACK OF £4,100.00 ON THE TRANSACTION DATE, I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY CASH BACK 26/06/20 CAN I CLAIM INTEREST AND A LATE PAYMENT CHARGE
