No. An EU Directive made it mandatory for all new EVs sold in Europe to include a Type 2 (Mennekes) connector a number of years ago.

I dont know very much about this, only thing I can say is a saw a picture of a Tesla 3 getting charged and it had 2 connections under the flapI started out with nothing......And still have most of it left:p0

There will be a Type 2 (Mennekes) for AC charging and perhaps a CHAdeMO for DC charging. Although I thought Tesla specifically were now using the Type 2 for both AC and DC charging.

No, European Teslas have taken on CCS, not CHAdeMO. You'll have the normal Tesla connector which is used for their own superchargers, and AC, and the CCS is either 2 extra connections below, or an adapter is used.
