                    Hi all
We’ve been eagerly awaiting August when our broker thinks our adverse defaults will be old enough to get help to buy mortgage. But now due to pandemic and lending restrictions I wanted to know if anyone has had a mortgage agreed with an adverse lender in the last month or so?

Most of what we do is adverse - but we do not do help to buy.
We have seen quite a shift in the last 3 months, we are finding that if you have a 20-30% deposit, you can actually get better deals than you could previously if your adverse is over 2-3 years old.
Less than 3 years old adverse and you typically need a 20-25% deposit where as previously you might have got away with a 15% deposit and rates have gone up.
But we had 3 adverse cases agreed last week and we are hoping to have another one agreed by Friday.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
