Thanks that's definitely worth looking into.Galloglass said:Get your partner to check with Stepchange or whoever if a DRO is appropriate for them too. IVA's can be cancelled but you lose all of the payments made and it's back to square 1. But square 1 may be a better starting point for a DRO.
I've read somewhere that 27% of all Creditfix IVA's get cancelled.0 -
Evening guys dro is still going through I need a to ask a question I've tried searching the Web but haven't seen anything on the matter as it stands I've got a good chance of being excepted however my partner has just received pip that we applied for 3 months ago is this going to stop my proceeding with my dro.0

That's great news thanks because my partner has been awarded pip I may be entitled to the careers allowance wich is around 150 a month that gets payed via universal credit will this effect the dro?sourcrates said:
