Mortgage urgently need help - will this turn to an offer? Halifax

Hi, I applied for a mortgage December last year and changed jobs, had to build up pay slips then covid hit, I didn't get furlough but was on 22 hours a week and my partner 26, were both back at 39 hours a week now. When we got reduced hours our mortgage advisor abandoned our case and said it wasn't possible. So we went direct with Halifax, had searches done, solicitor checks and everything, waited on valuation for ages which is now on Monday. I have this email from Halifax, does this mean I'll definitely get an offer if the valuation goes well? I'm getting evicted from my flat (don't owe rent or anything they even offered a positive referance, they're turning 2 flats into one as the other tenant has a stoke and had left. I have 3 months before I have to leave and have requested to extend it with the landlord to 5 months but he refuses to talk to me and only want communication to go threw the letting agent which is awful. I'm sorry I seem all over the place, I'm disabled and my wife has a history of Hodgkins lymphoma and were both under 25, which is why I am scared that if this fails I don't know what to do, as no family or friends in city and wouldn't want to sign a tenancy agreement ideally so I could start another application strait away.
House is 222,500 and deposit 97,500.
My salary is 18,000 slightly affected by covid and partners the same so income of 36,000. This is keeping me up all night every night and this would settle me so I suppose I'm looking for reassurance really.
Tl:Dr mortgage application started last year, changed jobs, mortgage advisor abanoded us, getting evicted, mortgage last hope. Email below is responce from Halifax after asking, if once it's done, assuming good, donibgwt the offer.

So sorry for massive post, so stressed it's affecting my weight, eating and putting me into depressed moods sleepless nights with screaming night terrors and Im so close to just breaking down. Sorry if it seems like a sob story but that's how it's been and I would like an answer if it's possible or an indication of acceptance as that'll put me at so much ease.
Thank you so much if you take the time to read, it does mean so much that you're helping me out, something positive needs to happen! Glass half full not empty right?0 -
Calmed down a bit since this morning haha, god reading my post I was really panicky this morning. Anyone have any words of wisdom?0

I understand your anxiety haha, the reason no one can really offer any guidance is because they simply don't know.
It sounds good0 -
Nothing seems an issue so far from what I've read, but I completely understand your anxiety, the Mortgage process is far from an easy road. Just try to remain positive and I'm sure everything will fall into place, remember there are always options! Keep us updated and I wish you all the best

I can’t offer any advice, but sounds positive to me. Buying/selling is stressful enough, let alone at the moment, your anxiety is understandable and you’re not alone in it if that helps :-)1
