None of what you have listed.
Potentially mortgage arrangement fee, but that varies lender to lender.
EA fees are payable by the seller, unless you are buying a property via this silly modern auction method thing.
Edit to add - from your other posts it looks like you are selling and buying (always useful to say), the fees for EA sale property, legal fees for sale property come out of what's left from the sale of your property.
Solicitors fees on purchase (or search fees if solicitors are dealing with sale and purchase) will be payable soon after instructing them, Stampy duty is payable before completion.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -
Really helpful, thanks1

It is possible to add stamp duty to mortgage (obviously increases debt and will impact LTV).You have to pay stamp duty within 14 days after completion.0 -
The way you add them is by using a smaller deposit.2

You cannot add any fees to your borrowing without affecting loan to value (apart from Lender's product or booking fee with some Lender's).
This is the case with, valuation fees, solicitors fees, brokers fees, stamp duty land tax.I am a Mortgage Broker
