WeSwap changes

I have been enjoying WeSwap for years and really found it a brilliant way of exchanging money and then accessing cash from the Bank machine abroad. I used to get cash so I could pay for bills etc for a little holiday home I have in Italy and I could get enough cash to top up my bank in italy now I have to pay a 2.99% fee to take out more than 250 euros in a month. It was free and easy to get money from the atm before they changed the rules. This has really made me very unhappy ☹️ has anyone else had the same concerns?
