Valuation fine but gone back to underwriter (Halifax)

Accounts were approved, valuation done 17/6 all fine, broker chasing offer to be told it's gone back to the underwriter for further checks.

Helps if you give the back ground rather than us having to look around, or stick to your last thread
Whenever a valuation comes in it goes back to an underwriter for double checking everything. Especially now due to the current climate.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -

A senior underwriter is the one who has the authority to make an offer on behalf of the lender. They'll be a final review once all the neccessary information is collated. Applications aren't approved on a bit part basis.0
