Hi,
Anyone know if there would be any issues with paying off a mortgage whilst having consent to let on it and it being let out?

None at all. Your lender is only interested in repayment of the debt.0

Cool that's what I thought. But then thought, I know u can't get new deals or change your mortgage terms etc, but didn't know if that included paying it off.0

No problems paying it off, expect for any ERC that may be due if on a fix.0
