Mortgage anxiety!

Hi All,
My partner and I are awaiting approval for our Helptobuy equity loan authority to proceed - our broker submitted the form for us.
Our broker has also now already submitted our full mortgage application to Nationwide (we have an Agreement in Principle already). We have our 5% deposit and have been told by our broker that we could actually technically borrow another £90k with our salaries. I have a good credit rating and my partner's is excellent. I am worried as my electoral roll information is still to be updated with the credit reference agencies, and i am concerned this may impact us on a decision for the mortgage with Nationwide. I have sent my confirmation of electoral roll to my broker and advised him this is not showing on my report, and also asked Equifax to update this as i believe this is the credit reference agency Nationwide use. We do not have anything bad on our credit reports like CCJ's, missed payments etc.
Will the electoral roll information really affect the decision with Nationwide? My credit score is at 425 with equifax.
Thanks all,
