I’ve had a Skipton Mortgage offer pre-covid took about two weeks from submitting my application.

Thank you for replying! I'm so nervous. I'm over thinking it but can't help it. It says on my log in tracking application that the valuation is today. Hope I hear soon. Do you think they would have approved prior to valuation or doesn't that matter? Seems like you wouldn't bother with a valuation if it was going to be declined but no idea how it works.britishbug said:I’ve had a Skipton Mortgage offer pre-covid took about two weeks from submitting my application.
