Am I a first time buyer?

I have only owned one house in my life which I sold in 2007. I have rented ever since. Would I be classed as a first time buyer due to not owning a property for 13 years? When doing mortgage calculations the options are always;
Are you a home mover?
Are you a first time buyer?
Are you a remortgage?
I don't fall into any of these categories. Please help!

You are not a first time buyer (from a stamp duty /government help to buy etc schemes perspective).But estate agents/banks often equate first time buyer with chain-free buyer so for mortgage calculations - first time buyer would apply.1
