Remortgage

Hi, I currently have 2 mortgages on my home, 1 is the original mortgage where I bought the property and the other is a mortgage where I took out extra money to pay for some of my extension. One of them is up for renewal in August and I was wondering if it is possible for me to swap just one part of this to a different mortgage company and how do I go about this. Time is ticking so I need to get this sorted out ASAP.
Thanks, Aaron.
Thanks, Aaron.

From my personal experience, it's not possible to swap just one part to a different provider, only to same provider as the other. The other option would be to combine and remortgage elsewhere, but I'm presuming that you're trying to avoid early repayment charges on your other one.Mortgage balance when remortgaged in Nov 2020 - £199,197.34
Current mortgage balance: £199,197.34
Target is to pay it off in 8 years (by October 2028). 8 years early.0
