Nationwide Text message updates

Hi all. Recently applied for a mortgage with nationwide. Received a text today that reads “ Hi, Nationwide here. A valuation has been booked for your mortgage application on: . There's no need to be present unless we've arranged this with you.”
Email they sent me also doesn’t have a date that the valuation will take place. They’ve just left it blank. Any reason for this? Does having a blank space where the date is supposed to be mean it will be a remote valuation with no physical inspection required?
Checked with estate agents and they say nobody has contacted them to arrange access. Very odd...

I would suggest that you ring up Nationwide, I found that this was the most accurate way of getting information about the valuation.0
