Natwest process

Has anyone been successful (or unsuccessful) with Natwest recently?
How long did it take to receive a decision and did you hear if you were successful/unsuccessful before valuation?
DIP (through a broker) last week, full application yesterday.
Are the DIPs still a hard check?
Thank you :)

Im currently waiting. App went in on the 11th. Asked for more information on the 15th. Was told on the 18th it had been assessed by underwriters and was passed to underwriting manager because of self employed income and that would take 2-3 days so expecting some news Monday. My Dip was a soft search. They did a hard search when the full app went in and I noticed a soft search yesterday that stated "follow up credit search" Im assuming thats the manager reviewing the case.

Did you go through a broker at all?
What extra questions did they ask you?

Mate who is FA helped me.
I had all my accounts and Sa302s in order and I had projections and business reference from accountant. I didnt need statements because I bank with them. I was only asked if I was furloughed or had any government grants. I was also asked what sector I work in and how long Ive worked in it. That's all I was asked. LTV 75%

Thank you. We aren't self employed but I do have a historic default. We were knocked back from Halifax due to an underwriting error which we are complaining about so I'm even more anxious this time around.
