Student mortgage with lifetime isa, large deposit?

I am due to start university as a mature student in October. I was planning to purchase my first property, a flat as a cash buyer. I have recently found out that the lifetime ISA I have can only be used with a mortgage, which I do not think I will be able to get as I will be a student without a job. Is there any way around this? Can I pay 90% as a large deposit then have the 10% remaining on a mortgage? Can I have a family member as a guarantor? Any help appreciated.

generally no income no mortgage if your borrowing from a lender, you need to demonstrate how you are going to make repayments.
However given you situation, engage a broker"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"
