Is there are any alternative to Royal Mail postcode finder? I am not able to find out one street.

There are some, but all use the same underlying data in any case. The data gets updated every so often, so its possible if its a new road, that it hasn't been added to the data files yet.

It must  use the same underlying RM postcode data but it claims to estimate the postcode at the centre of the map.

If its on the PAF file then you should be able to find it?
