Hi, me and my partner are currently saving a deposit hoping to buy a house towards the end of 2021. I currently own a home but my partner is a first time buyer, I believe that we will not benefit from stamp duty relief but would like to know if we would qualify for a 10% mortgage deposit ? Thanks for your help!

    Depends on if the lender is offering that type of deal when you are ready to buy.
