    I agree with you all. Yeah unfortunately they did not mention anything in regards to the closed broker lines. Also the thing that upset me was the fact that they were not responding to my emails!

    For anyone reading this it appears l&c are having a few staffing issues which may explain a lot. On their glass door staff reviews it appears they have gone from 500 brokers to 350 and dropping and the staff that are there are unable to get through the leads they have. The trust pilot complaints are all about lack of contact and lack of service. If using l&c go in with your eyes wide open as yes they are free but you will not get much of a service.

    Pros

    Still offers some opportunities to earn good money and progress your career. Some really great staff and Directors are finally realising that they need to listen to employees and shape a better working environment for all which is real progress.

    Cons

    In most customer contact roles in the business there are too few staff which leads to high levels of stress and poor outcomes for many clients.

    Advice to Management

    Focus recruitment on customer contact roles such as advisers and case managers as we are letting customers down due to the lack of staff. The number of advisers has shrunk from 500 to 350 in a year which tells its own story...
