Massive salary overpayment by employer -- how to get out of it

I had a similiarish situation many years ago when I decided to leave my big4 grad scheme early. I had to buy myself out of the contract and also had to repay the golden handshake (about 8k altogether - where my debt journey started incidentally). I just set up a monthly repayment plan. Was quite a bit (something like £600/month) and in hindsight I should have agreed something more affordable as that then led to more debt... So I imagine you’ll be able to set up a monthly repayment plan.
August 2019: £28.8k

I sold annual leave a few years ago, was double paid by company, so agreed a repayment over 3 months.0
