TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Wickes & Absolute – Football Shirt Give-away” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN The prize winner for the online competition will be selected from those persons who enter the on-air competition when promoted to win a Replica Football Shirt from the 2019/20 football season.

The breakfast show presenter Dave Berry* will prompt the listener to text in and answer a question to win a Replica Football Shirt from the 2019/20 football season during the breakfast show for their Biological Father/ Stepfather/ Father-Figure. To enter the entrants will be asked to answer a question that will be announced on-air during the breakfast show. All those who text-in the correct answer when prompted will be entered the drawer to win.

One entrant will be randomly selected from all correctly answered text entries and called by the production team to win the shirt for their Biological Father/ Stepfather/ Father-Figure during the breakfast show. On wining they may be asked about their entry, their Biological Father/ Stepfather/ Father-Figure, the shirt that they think their Biological Father/ Stepfather/ Father-Figure will select as their prize** and this clip may be played on-air during the breakfast show. If the clip is not played on-air the winner will be announced and contacted by a member of the production team within 28 days.

*If for unseen circumstances Dave Berry does not present the breakfast show on the day of the competition the presenter than takes place will host the competition.

**A Replica Football Shirt from the 2019/20 football season shirt that is mentioned on-air by the entrant does not need to be the prize won and this will be confirmed by a member of the production team and the entrants Biological Father/ Stepfather/ Father-Figure after the competition.

2.ENTRY PLATFORMS AND COSTS

When promoted by the on-air presenters’ entrants will be asked to use the following platform to be entered the competition.

1. DATES

The competition will take place during the hours of 6AM and 10AM on 19/06/2020. Specific competition opening times will be specified by the presenter.

The Dave Berry Breakfast Show competition will be open every Friday between 6AM and 10AM. Specific competition opening times will be specified by the presenter.

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.

Winner Announcement. The name and the hometown of the winner(s) (s) will be announced on the Dave Berry Breakfast show on 19/06/2020.

1. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.

• Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter.

1. THE PRIZE

There will be one prize winner of the competition and they will win the following prize:

The entrant of the competition will win the prize on behalf of the Biological Father/ Stepfather/ Father-Figure in their lives.

Prize: UK Replica Football Shirt from the 2019/20 football season to the value of £100.00*

The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.

*There will be no cash-difference awarded and if the UK Replica Football Shirt from the 2019/20 football season is to the value below the maximum amount the remaining monetary value will not be awarded as part of the prize.

OTHER CONDITIONS

1. DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. 1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

1. MISCELLANEOUS.

a. Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.

b. Participants cannot enter more than once

c. If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

d. The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.

e. We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.

f. You are responsible for all costs of entry.

g. You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.

h. Whilst on-air, you must not make inappropriate or offensive statements.

i. As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition / the Prize.

j. We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
