Can I get a gurantor mortgage

Myself and my partner are currently looking to buy our first home. She unfortuantly has bad credit so this is proving difficult. I have a high credit rating around 989 but unable the lend more that 80k based on my salary alone. We have 15k deposit and my mother is happy to be a gurantor although she is retired her house is paid in full and she has a healthy pension. Is there any lenders that would help? What is our best option?

Given that neither your nor her credit ratings are real or used by lenders, what are your actual credit files like?

How much are you looking to borrow and on what income?
A guarantor may not be the most appropriate route.0 -
