What happens to the pension share granted to me on divorce from ex if I remarry0

I assume you have divorced and been awarded part of your ex's pension in a final settlement. If that is the case:
In general pensions do not depend on whether you get married or not. However I guess there could in theory be some special conditions in your case - for example whether the divorce settlement made any stipulations or whether there are any relevent conditions in the pension scheme rules.

Probably no impact but you need to read the details of what was agreed at the time you divorced. Nobody here can guess them.71jenniferwren said:What happens to the pension share granted to me on divorce from ex if I remarryGoogling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0
