Hello,
Just wondering if their is anyone in the know. I’m unfortunate enough to have the pleasures of dealing with HSBC while I am trying to release approx £25k equity from my home.

Valuation was completed yesterday and today I received a text asking me to call RCS (no idea what part of HSBC that is, underwriting?). Apparently they need some “more details”.
Long story short, I can’t remember my security information so waiting for the postal reset pin.
Anyone know what HSBC normally ask for after a valuation? I’m guessing the valuation was ok, otherwise they would of just said surely?
Thanks,
Thanks,

RCS - Retail Credit Services.
They probably need more information/documentation or the valuation is slightly under what you need. I guess it's hard to say until you get through to them. Hope your reset pin arrives soon!
